* Sonoma County, below in green, is located west of Napa County, stretching from the Mayacamas Ridge of the mountains in the east to the Pacific Ocean in the west.
     * To the south are Marin County and San Francisco
     * The Golden Gate Bridge is 55 miles to our south.
     * On the map below, we are just northeast of where Hwys 12 and 101 cross
        (just below the letter "M" in SONOMA.)
     * We are exactly halfway between the town of Kenwood and downtown Santa Rosa.

* Sonoma Valley is one of the five "named" viticultural areas in Sonoma County. The others are Russian River, Dry Creek, Alexander and Knights Valleys. The map below shows some of the many wineries of Sonoma Valley. Kiger Family Vineyards is located at the very top edge of Sonoma Valley, 2 miles north of Ledson, the northernmost winery on the map.
